Welcome to Skillagram! Please read carefully our terms of service. By using Skillagram Services, you agree to this terms. If you do not agree, do not use Skillagram Services.

1. Skillagram Account

When you create an account in the App, you are required to select a username, a password and enter other registration information required for your participation such as your email address. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities resulting from the use of your password and conducted through the use of your Skillagram Account. Your password shall not be provided to third parties and must be kept in a location that is protected against third-party access. You may not enter the postal address of another person or entity unless you have appropriate and verifiable authorization. You must be at least 12 years of age (or such other minimum age as is applicable in your country of residence) to create an Skillagram Account. If you are aged between the relevant minimum age and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you and your parent or guardian must review this Agreement together. Parents and guardians are responsible for the acts of children under 18 years of age when using Skillagram Services. Skillagram recommends that parents and guardians familiarize themselves with parental controls on devices they provide their child. The Services are for personal use by individuals or groups of individuals without a commercial purpose. Accounts may not be opened by businesses or for third parties. If you do not qualify for registration, you are not permitted to open an account or use the Services. You may not abuse the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

2. Content and Entitlements

The Skillagram Service includes Content and Entitlements. Content is the software, technology, text, forum posts, chat posts, profiles, widgets, messages, links, emails, music, sound, graphics, pictures, video, code, and all audio visual or other material appearing on or emanating to or from Skillagram Service, as well as the design and appearance of our App. All Content is either owned by Skillagram or its licensors.

3. Rules of Conduct

When you access or use the Skillagram Service, you agree that you will not: Violate any law, rule or regulation. Interfer with or disrupt any Skillagram Service or any server or network used to support or provide an Skillagram Service, including any hacking or cracking into an Skillagram Service. Harass, threaten, bully, embarrass, spam or do anything else to another user that is unwanted, such as making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated. Publish, post, upload or distribute content that is illegal or that you do not have permission to freely distribute. Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Skillagram user. Publish, post, upload or distribute any content, such as a topic, name, screen name, avatar, persona, or other material or information, that is inappropriate, abusive, hateful, harassing, profane, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, privacy-invasive, vulgar, offensive, indecent or unlawful. Post copyrighted content which does not belong to you Sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer your account. Post a message for any purpose other than personal communication. Prohibited messages include advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes and other types of solicitation or commercial activities. Use any robot, spider or other automated device or process to access this website for any purpose or copy any material on this website. Use or distribute counterfeit software or Skillagram Content If you or someone using your Skillagram Account violates these rules and fails to remedy this violation after a warning, Skillagram may take action against you, including revoking access to Skillagram Services, Content or Entitlements. In case of severe violations, Skillagram may take these actions without issuing a prior warning. Some examples of severe violations include, but are not limited to: promoting, encouraging or engaging in hacking, selling Skillagram accounts or entitlements without Skillagram’s permission, extreme harassment, or threatening illegal activities. Skillagram reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. 4. Content Submitted Or Made Available For Inclusion On The Service

Skillagram is not responsible for any information, data, text, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other material (collectively referred to herein as “Content”) posted by Users of the App. Skillagram makes no representations with respect to the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any such Content, and shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. You are solely responsible for any Content posted by you on the Site or offered by you through a Service, including, without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.

5. Grant of Rights

By using Skillagram services, you grant Skillagram a license, free of charge, to display, reproduce the information you uploaded on the App. By submitting information, the user acknowledges and accepts that the uploaded content on the App can be accessed globally through the Internet. With the uploading of such information, the user agrees to these conditions.

6. Changes to these Terms

Skillagram may modify there Terms from time to time, so please review it frequently. For Skillagram users who accepted a version of these Terms prior to modification, the revisions will become effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of Skillagram Service means you accept the changes. Once you accept a version of the Terms, we will not enforce future material changes without your express agreement to them. If you are asked to accept material changes to these Terms and you decline to do so, you may not be able to continue to use the Skillagram Service provided.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Skillagram is in no case liable other than for gross negligence or intentionally caused damage. This does not apply to liability for injury to life and limb, or in the event we have assumed a warranty. Liability for breach of a cardinal obligation or an essential obligation is limited to the damage that could have been foreseen. The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply with regard to Skillagram’s liability for damage compensation, notwithstanding the other legal claim requirements. Skillagram assumes unlimited liability if the cause of the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence. If the liability of Skillagram is excluded or limited, this also applies for personal liability of employees, representatives, agents or assistants. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillagram, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of these Terms, (ii) Content posted on the App, (iii) the use of the Services, by you or any person using your account or Skillagram username and password, or (iv) any violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Guarantees

Skillagram does not warrant that the software will be entirely free from defects or that the operation of the software will be entirely error-free.
