These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DungeonOne - AI Game Master ("the App"), which is operated by Ostasoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or any content therein.
You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the App, including but not limited to character names, profile information, and any text or media you share with other users. You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate game content, including storylines, dialogue, and gameplay elements. While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated content, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.

The App and all content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the App are the property of Ostasoft and its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.
DungeonOne offers certain enhanced features of the Services which you can purchase as a monthly or yearly purchases ("Subscription"). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. When you purchase a Subscription or a Product (each, a "Transaction") you authorize us to provide your Payment Information to third party service providers so we can complete your Transaction and agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that DungeonOne may charge your third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) where the App is made available (each, an "App Provider"), for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes; and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. Your order is not binding on DungeonOne until accepted and confirmed by DungeonOne. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms. If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with DungeonOne. DungeonOne reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances DungeonOne deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
All amounts are payable and charged for monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DungeonOne is in no case liable other than for gross negligence or intentionally caused damage. This does not apply to liability for injury to life and limb, or in the event we have assumed a warranty. Liability for breach of a cardinal obligation or an essential obligation is limited to the damage that could have been foreseen. The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply with regard to DungeonOne's liability for damage compensation, notwithstanding the other legal claim requirements. DungeonOne assumes unlimited liability if the cause of the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence. If the liability of DungeonOne is excluded or limited, this also applies for personal liability of employees, representatives, agents or assistants. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless DungeonOne, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of these Terms, (ii) Content posted on the App, (iii) the use of the Services, by you or any person using your account or DungeonOne username and password, or (iv) any violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
