You can delete your DungeonOne account and all associated data at any time. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your progress, characters, and game data.

How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to games@ostasoft.com
2. Include the subject line: "DungeonOne Account Deletion Request"
3. Provide the email address associated with your account
4. Our team will process your request within 30 days

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and profile information
• All character progress, levels, and achievements
• Game history and saved dungeon runs
• Any messages or communications within the app
• Any data stored in cloud saves

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for no longer than 30 days after processing your deletion request, after which all data will be permanently removed from our systems. Some information may be retained if required by law.
